The Challenge:

The client had a failing component on their belt conveyor that was extremely difficult and possibly dangerous to hand measure.  In order to successfully engineer a replacement system, accurate measurements were required from both the ground and the conveyor gallery.

The Solution:

AsBuilt captured laser scan data of the existing system that allowed engineers to accurately design a replacement to fit into the existing area with no field rework required.
