An insulation manufacturing plant required accurate facility drawings for upgrades and modifications. However, no reliable as-built documentation was available, making precise planning and design difficult.
The Solution
AsBuilt performed a comprehensive laser scan of the facility, capturing all structural, equipment, and utility details with precision. After post-processing and quality verification, the scan data was used to create accurate 3D models and 2D drawings, providing the client with a reliable foundation for future design and engineering work.
