The Challenge
AsBuilt was contracted for laser scanning and Revit model creation of a commercial property in Texas. The project required accurate as-built data for the property's interior and exterior to support future planning and renovations.
The Solution
AsBuilt laser scanned the building’s interior, capturing all structural, equipment, and utility details. The scan data was then post-processed to develop the point cloud, which was used to create an as-built Revit model. Additionally, 2D floor plans and elevation drawings were provided to assist with the property’s planning and design.
