AsBuilt was contracted to 3D laser scan a client's property to develop accurate floorplans and 3D models.
The Solution
AsBuilt 3D laser scanned the entire property, capturing all structural, equipment, and utility details to create as-built 3D models. The scan data was processed, quality assurance checks were completed, and the point clouds were packaged for modeling. 3D modeling converted the point cloud data into shapes representing structural members, key equipment, utilities, and other relevant items. The models were checked for accuracy against the point cloud and delivered to the client in the required format.
