The Challenge
AsBuilt was contracted to provide point cloud development, solid modeling, and 2D drawings for a client’s residence. The project required detailed as-built data for both interior and exterior spaces.
The Solution
AsBuilt laser scanned the entire property, capturing structural, equipment, and utility details both inside and outside the residence. The scan data was used to develop a 3D model of the house, along with 2D CAD floor plans for the ground floor and elevations for four rooms, including the primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room.
