The Challenge
AsBuilt was contracted to 3D laser scan and model the belt area for the installation of hose stations and a washdown system. The project involved scanning the 6 hose reel locations and surrounding areas to ensure accurate design and placement.
The Solution
Our team conducted 3D laser scanning of the belt area, capturing detailed structural, equipment, and utility information. The scan data was then processed into a point cloud, which was used to develop accurate 3D models of the hose reel locations and washdown system layout. This modeling ensured precise design and integration of the system, enabling seamless installation and operation.
