The Challenge:
AsBuilt was contracted to capture 3D laser scan data for point cloud development and solid modeling of a power block located at an electrical plant.
The Solution:
AsBuilt utilized Terrestrial Laser Data, ensuring compliance with industry standards during the collection process. The data was then exported to our offices for post-processing, where it was thoroughly checked for quality before preparing it for modeling. The models were compared against the point cloud for accuracy and delivered to the client in the agreed-upon formats.
