The Challenge
Drain piping underneath six different HRSG units needed to be replaced.
The Solution
AsBuilt was contracted to laser scan these areas, which are difficult to see due to minimal light being allowed by the HRSGs. The laser scanning was able to pick the piping up with ease, and 3D models were provided for the areas of interest at all units.
